Say Sue Me - Where We Were Together - 2018
“… an addictive amalgam of sugary indie pop and gritty surf that showcases a finely-tuned sense of melody and technical skill… Nary a song on Say Sue Me isn’t a total ear worm.” Bandcamp Daily

The Magic Circles - Kirk Street - 2018
"this debut album from Scottish band Magic Circles lives up to the Byrds, Lovin' Spoonful and Go-Betweens references, cramming itself with chiming 12-string Rickenbacker melodies and as many vocal harmonies as the choruses will hold ... twangy tunefulness”. - BOOMKAT

Totally Mild - Today Tonight - 2017
Today Tonight is two and a half minutes of soaring pop bliss, with a lustrous video directed by KEWL’s Tobias Willis, referencing cinematic classics of faded glamour and isolation like Sunset Boulevard and A Woman Under the Influence.

Fallen Love Records - Secret Gardens - 2017
put a Spring in your step…
Included here are 70 minutes of music performed by 22 artists from 8 different nations. Which? Well, since you asked: Australia, Canada, England, Japan, The Netherlands, Poland, Russia, and The United States of America. It’s like the twee pop songs-about-spring equivalent of the Olympics. Patent pending. 15 of these songs are previously unreleased.
Fallen Love Records is a bedroom label based out of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. We traffic in pop songs. We had been on hiatus since autumn 2015 but now we are back. So fold up your sweaters and oil your bike chains. The blankets on the beds are melting and the flowers will be blooming soon. Let’s start again.

Heavenly Creatures - This Summer Will Kill Us All EP - 2017
We have here the debut release from Cleveland's Heavenly Creatures, and it's a lovely five-song gem! Though current, the band sounds like they were plucked from the Harriet Records '90s catalog, wedged in nicely between similarly female-led bands such as Twig, Pest 5000 and Prickly. That is, this EP is full of catchy pop songs with a bit of an edge both musically and lyrically (see the ode to so-called self-help books in "Blah Blah Blah Amen" and the response to guys' backhanded compliments to female musicians in the opening "Unsolicited Advice"). Last summer may have nearly killed the band (when their drummer moved cross-country and the band almost split up), but this year - and this EP - finds them starting again on a high note.

Blue Jeans - Songs Are Easy - 2016
Once known as Santa Monica Swim And Dive Club, Blue Jeans are led by Tim Sendra, who elder indiepoppers will recognize as the one of the forces behind Veronica Lake in the early 90s. Whereas that band was known for their songs being shrouded in layers of fuzz, Blue Jeans are a much cleaner affair, with relatively straightforward pop songs that occasionally border on bubblegum. In addition to the songwriting of Tim, we also have the production and general hands-on-ness of Fred Thomas from the very like-minded Saturday Looks Good To Me, giving things a perfect pop polish. These ten exciting songs may only last about half an hour, but they will likely fuel your entire summer!

Paper Trail Records Presents: Thanks for Listening - 2015
We're lucky to have such nice friends, both in Ireland and across the globe. To help raise awareness for World Mental Health Day on October 10th, some of these wonderful people donated previously unheard songs to help us raise money for Console - Ireland's National Suicide Charity.
All proceeds from this compilation will go directly to Console, so please help by donating what you can.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone involved. We can't express how grateful we are for the tracks we have gotten.

Cozy Catastrophes - Have You Ever Heard Of Cozy Catastrophes? - 2015
This is the cd debut for Bloomington's Cozy Catastrophes (after a digital-only album and a cassette on February Records), and it is quite possibly the best bedroom indiepop album I've heard all year, and the year's nearly finished! This one-man project reminds me a lot of the highly underrated James And The Express (whose album we released last year) - I mean, you know it's just one guy, but the sound and production are so full that you could easily mistake it for a full band. Plus Greg exhibits enough charm and general friendliness to give Colin Clary a run for his money! The songs and lyrics are innocent and endearing (just pick out "Go Steady With Me" and "Every Girl Deserves A Song" for perfect examples), but not overly twee. This album is sure to brighten your day, as you'd sure have a hard time not smiling and tapping along to it!

Tomiji - Tomiji - 2015
Tomiji is one of Thomas Guilcher's solo projects. A true indiepop lover, the Parisian does not hesitate to mix influences as varied as The Pastels, Acid House Kings, The Field Mice or The Jesus & Mary Chain to write catchy and melodic songs.
Automatically Yours - The Trouble With The World Is Me - 2015
When Ross came to Madison, WI from Australia, a cursory google search of "indie pop Madison" brought up two things:
1. An indie pop radio show on the local college station
2. some bedroom demos by Luis.
Soon enough after a bar meetup AY came together, later joined by Matt, Alej and AJ.

CRISTINA QUESADA - You Are The One - 2015
“You Are The One” is a delicacy - moving and enjoyable. Cristina Quesada and her delicious voice give us a good handful of extraordinary minutes on this first album, which is a diverse and incredible collection, with a ton of covers and some original songs. The album is lucky enough to include a fantastic collaboration with Javi and Coral from BAND À PART and Luis Elefant. Cristina uses the songs that she has hand-selected by other artists and creates her own world with them, one that is as delicate as her way of singing is. And that is how she gives us this “You Are The One”, which is beyond a shadow of a doubt a huge delight to even the most stubborn music lovers.

Plastic Bubble - Big Day Parade by Jigsaw Records - 2015
More a collective than a traditional band, Plastic Bubble present to us the follow-up to their delightful debut album (also on Jigsaw), and they've gone and topped themselves! "Big Day Parade" is better in just about every way, from its sound quality to the songwriting to the arrangements, which are even more adventurous than before! Not even 40 minutes long, the album is chock full of short and catchy songs and songlets that bring to mind the heyday of Elephant 6 (also a collective) from bands like Olivia Tremor Control, Chocolate USA and the Marbles; hailing from Kentucky, it's likely they would've been a welcome addition to that family back in the '90s. Come immerse yourself in this fun little record and get lost in their slightly psychedelic indiepop!

wildflower - dear tracks - 2015
Two song release filled with washed out guitars, shimmering vocals and twee highlights. Very nice music, only problem, too short.
