Paulo Metello • TERRACOTTA PARADISO • 2022

For almost twenty years, Paulo Metello has graced us with his bands (Cactus Cream, Nomedefilme, Nave) in a union of 60s psychedelic sounds with post-punk and noise. In his solo career, he also borrows the lightness of the dreampop generation and adds, in this new work, the synthetic bass lines of forty-year-old heroes like New Order and Depeche Mode (RIP Andrew Fletcher).
