Airpark - Devotion - 2018

https://www.airparkband.com/
“The duo have honed in on a sound that is not particularly anyone else's, yet one that often basks in wistful technicolor soundscapes all the same. Replete with driving rhythms and punchy percussion, Airpark top off their dreamy sound with a drop of soul in their subtle, wispy vocal arrangements.” PopMatters
James Bowers - Creep - 2018

Bowers who is a film noir fan, teamed up with visionary Colombian filmmaker, Federico Torrado Tobón, who directed the video. Cherry Chérie - Tu n'étais pas là - 2018

"When Adieu Veracruz came out last year, it was supposed to be accompanied by a collection of ten short stories, says the group. The music was very cinematographic and the themes of the songs were suitable for short stories. Some texts went well with the ecosystem of the album. But little by little, the writing changed, and ultimately it completely ended. In the case of Tu n’étais pas là, it works, it's organic. The music video, the song and the short story have the same idea, but in a different language. We decided to present the work as a trilogy."
The Great Escape - All You Got Is Gold - 2018
Widely praised for their genre-smashing approach to song craft, The Great Escape is a three-piece band from Venice, CA, comprised of Kristian Nord (drums, bass, production), Malte Hagemeister (guitars, production), and Ingrid Andersson (vocals). The band's second full-length "Universe In Bloom", released in 2017, saw them take the raw energy and stomping confidence of their self-titled debut to the next level with massive hooks and catchy tunes beyond genre that could have been recorded at any point in the last 50 years.
Lebenswelt - Metaphysics of Entropy - 2018
https://lebenswelt.bandcamp.com/
Lebenswelt is a one-man project by Giampaolo Loffredo, born in the summer of the year 2003, when his former band – ‘Joy of Grief’ – had already come to an end. Sounds and musical inspirations were pretty much far from the previous project: a real change of direction, towards the segments of the fields, of the trees and the pylons you could have seen through Hood vans' windows. Reverbered guitars, recursive and redundant minimal loops, lo-fi computer glitch-like sounds, ambient textures, sad-folk-chord-progressions submerged in liquid, philosophical excerpts and – above all – a very special use of screwdrivers-prepared guitars forge Lebenswelt’s melodic, melancholic slow-core/post-rock sound, in a remarkably recognisable fashion.

Lowpines - Happy Halloween - 2018
Here it comes again
Falling on my knees
Summer’s at an end
Fall is on the breeze
why can’t you
Ever be the same
I don’t undersand
Are you ever coming back
We’ll keep off the grass
I miss you
Happy Halloween
You playing card diamond queen
Happy Halloween
You call it a curse, no worse than it seems
Looking to the street
Looking for a strangers feet
Ever wait so long
Sure fire steps they seem so easy
Had enough of these
Days-of-sadness factories
Why don’t you believe
We all have to spend some
Time on our knees
Happy Halloween
You playing card diamond queen
Happy Halloween
You call it a curse, no worse than it seems

Pamela Méndez- Time - 2018

Pamela Méndez is Switzerland’s best kept secret when it comes to singing and songwriting. Time to introduce her! Pamela is a singer blessed with a voice that can hardly be ignored. In her lyrics she manages to question societal issues without pointing any fingers. Songs are constructive, deconstructive. The Bernese news attests to her "unbelievable presence“ and for Der Bund's, Ane Hebeisen, Pamela Méndez's songs are "Artistically ravenous, full of clever ideas, which are never pandering, but go straight to the heart.” This is what contemporary art-pop with a high musical standard sounds like. It is profound, yet danceable, confrontational but full of love and vision.
SCRATCH MASSIVE - LAST DANCE - 2018

http://scratch-massive.tumblr.com
Virtuoso compositions, subtle synthetic atmospheres, voices oscillating between pure intentions and dreamlike fantasy, a confusion of feelings and desires, time and space. Garden of Love, the new album by electro duo Scratch Massive makes an impression from the first moments that you hear its enigmatic beauty. Like a ghost train moving along a tightrope - between shadow and light, failure and redemption, violence and melancholy - this fourth studio album reaffirms the Parisian DJ/Producer duo style/vibe with their hybrid sounds and sensory experiences.

Me & Mark - Drama Queen - 2018
www.nordicrecords.net
Mia, an undisputed talent, grew up in Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgren's city), has been on stage since she was 5 years old and her first lyrics came while in elementary school. She always knew that this is what she should do. Create her own music.
Mark is the bassist and producer of the album and he has a long track record behind him. At a very young age he would listen to a song indefinitely, always finding the small details interesting. He often wondered if he was the only one that felt like music spoke to him. Growing up in Australia, he started to get attention in the business and has collaborated alongside great producers like Malcom Burn, Ethan Eubanks, Rick Will, Naomi Radom, Robbie A.J. Moore, IOTA, Alexander Rybak, Nico & Vince++. He has a reputation of being an excellent engineer in the industry. He has also been on several world tours, playing support for Jason Mraz, Kashmir, The Church, The Thorns,Kiymani Marley, Sonic Boom and the list goes on.
